When will my order arrive?

We deliver all our F1 Fnatic products worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 14 days.

Do you have any discount codes?
Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and receive an exclusive discount code for your first order.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, we currently only accept card payments. But don’t worry — our system is 100% secure.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We now ship Worldwide 🌍

Do you have a size guide?

I’ve ordered more than one item but only received one — what happened?
No worries! Your items may arrive in separate packages depending on the warehouse they ship from.
Some F1 Fnatic products (like team-based items or special drops) are dispatched from different locations.
If you haven’t received all your items after 16 days, feel free to contact us at support@f1fnatic.com.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it with no problem.

How can I return an order?
To return a product or part of your order, send an email to support@f1fnatic.com including the following:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item(s)

It's been over 16 days and I haven’t received my order
